1. Introduction

These terms apply to all users of our website and customers placing custom clothing orders with us. By accessing our site, browsing, communicating, or purchasing from Touch World International, you are agreeing to follow these terms.

2. Custom Orders & Mockups

  • All custom apparel orders (e.g., hoodies, tracksuits, T-shirts, shorts, windbreakers) are made-to-order and based on the client’s design preferences.

     

  • We provide free design mockups before sampling. These must be approved by the client before we proceed with production.

     

  • We are not responsible for design or sizing errors once you’ve approved the sample/mockup.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per design/style.

     

  • Mixed sizing within the MOQ is allowed (as discussed before order confirmation).

     

  • Orders below MOQ may incur additional charges or may not be accepted.

4. Sampling & Approvals

  • Sampling is offered to ensure fit, fabric, and design meet your expectations.

  • Once a sample is approved, no changes can be made to that order.

  • If changes are requested after approval, additional costs or delays may apply.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All pricing is quoted in the agreed currency (usually USD or PKR) and is shared transparently before order confirmation.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved gateways.

  • Full payment must be made upfront before production begins, unless a custom payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

6. Production Timeline

  • Typical production time is 12–18 working days after sample approval and payment confirmation.

  • Rush production may be available at additional cost — ask your account rep.

  • Touch World International is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or force majeure events.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer international shipping via trusted logistics partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx, local couriers).

  • Shipping costs and delivery times are quoted based on your location and order size.

  • Any customs or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or defective due to a fault on our part.

  • If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the package.

  • Approved refund/repair claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, labels, and brand assets provided to us remain the property of the client.

  • We do not use or replicate any client’s designs outside of their order.

  • All mockups, samples, and custom patterns we create may not be reused or redistributed without our consent.

10. Website Use & Content

  • You agree not to copy, download, or misuse any content, images, or text from our website for commercial use without our written permission.

  • All website content, including product names and descriptions, is the property of Touch World International.

11. Limitation of Liability

Touch World International is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics or customs

  • Misuse of our products after delivery

  • Inaccurate size distribution if based on client-provided charts

  • Any indirect or consequential damages related to lost sales or missed launches

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately once posted on our website. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept those changes.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be handled in the relevant courts of jurisdiction.
